LOGISTICS MARKETING AUDIT SERVICE

Marketing Audit

Over 85% of B2B prospects check your website or socials before completing a deal. What they find shapes their opinion of your business — without you in the room to influence it.

What the Audit Reveals

You Are Losing Deals Without Knowing It

Stop wasting your sales efforts by losing in the due diligence phase. Prospects check your website, look at LinkedIn, and form a view when you aren’t in the room to make the case for yourself. If that view does not match the quality of your operation, they move on to the next company – without a word.

The audit shows you exactly what they find. And where the gaps are.

Five Areas. Reviewed Separately.
Assessed Together.

Understand what prospects think of your business before they speak to you. Each area is reviewed on its own, then assessed together — because the gaps between channels are where the real damage happens.

1

Website Copy and Credibility

Find out whether your service pages answer the questions a prospect is silently asking before they pick up the phone. Copy, structure, trust signals, and calls to action are assessed against what freight buyers actually look for when evaluating a new provider.

2

SEO and Search Visibility

See where you rank and where your competitors are winning. Keyword positioning, page structure, technical health, and content depth are assessed against the searches your buyers are actually running — so you know exactly where to focus.

3

Linkedin Presence and Activity

Know what a prospect sees when they look you up on LinkedIn. Profile strength, posting activity, content relevance, and team visibility are reviewed — because referrals often get validated here before anyone picks up the phone.

4

Brand Identity and Visual Tone

Look like the premium operator you are. Logo quality, colour consistency, typography, and visual tone are assessed against what a buyer expects from a business at your level.

5

Ecosystem Coherence - Where Most of the Gaps Actually Are

Spot the gaps between channels that cost you deals. When your website says one thing, your LinkedIn says another, and your sales pitch says something else, prospects notice — even if they cannot name the disconnect.

Why Logistics Marketing

Actionable Insights Based on How Freight Deals Actually Work

Move the needle with recommendations that go beyond “Increase word count and add this keyword”. We review your ecosystem as a prospect first, then combine it with market data.

ICP Reviews - Not Just a Checklist

Your assessment is grounded in how freight buyers actually think — carried out by a practitioner with direct operational experience in serving them.

Sector-Specific - Not Generic Advice

Catch the gaps a generalist would miss. Without freight knowledge, an assessor cannot tell whether your copy is credible to a buyer or just filling space.

Plain Findings - Not a Report Full of Numbers

Read every finding in plain English. No padding, no jargon, and nothing that needs translating before it is useful to you.

The Whole Picture - Not Just a Scoresheet

See how all five channels work together as well as in isolation. The costly problems often sit between channels, where your prospect senses the disconnect without naming it.

Logistics Marketing Audit: Frequently Asked Questions

What is a logistics marketing audit - and how is it different from a supply chain audit?

It is not a supply chain audit, a compliance review, or an operator licence check. A logistics marketing audit reviews how your business appears to a prospect who is checking you out before making contact — your website, your search visibility, your LinkedIn presence, your brand identity, and how all of those channels work together as a single commercial system.

The difference from a generic marketing review is that the assessor understands how freight deals are won. The questions asked, the gaps flagged, and the recommendations made all reflect how logistics buyers actually evaluate, compare, and shortlist providers before they make contact.

No. The audit is conducted blind — exactly the way a prospect would evaluate your business. No login credentials, no analytics access, no CMS permissions needed at any point. Everything is assessed from the outside, using only what is publicly visible.

That is deliberate. The point is to see what a freight buyer sees when they look you up. If something important is hidden behind a login or buried where a prospect would never find it, that is a finding in itself. The blind approach makes the audit faster to start and more honest in its conclusions — and more useful as a result.

The pages that matter most are the ones your prospects visit when they are deciding whether to contact you. The Core tier includes up to five of your most important service page reviews. The Standard and Full Picture tiers include up to eight.

If you have more pages than that, the audit focuses on the ones with the highest commercial value — typically your core service lines, your homepage, your about page, and any key landing pages. Additional pages can be included on request if you have more service lanes, but you shouldn’t need more for the average prospect. If you do, then you are likely relying on them to do too much digging unless there is clear signposting.

You get a written report with specific findings for each pillar and a prioritised list of what to fix first (Standard and Full). A few days later, a follow-up call is available.

The gap between the report and the call is deliberate. It gives you time to read the findings and form your own view before the conversation. The call is a chance for us to discuss your action plan and answer any questions. If the findings point to work Logistics Marketing can help with, that will be made clear. If not, the report is still yours to act on however you choose. Any project commissioned within six weeks qualifies for the audit fee as credit.

Both. Established operators benefit because years of accumulated content, branding, and messaging often drifts out of alignment without anyone noticing. The audit surfaces the specific gaps that are costing deals — the pages that undermine credibility, the LinkedIn profile that contradicts the website, the brand identity that no longer matches the business you have built.

New logistics businesses benefit because the audit catches positioning mistakes before they become embedded. Starting with a clear picture of what works and what does not means you avoid spending money on marketing built on a weak foundation. Either way, the audit gives you a prioritised list of what to fix first.

Commission any work within six weeks of receiving the audit and the audit fee comes off the first project invoice. It applies to any service — website builds, SEO, copywriting, content strategy, or LinkedIn content.

The credit exists because the audit is designed to lead to action, not sit in a drawer. If the findings show that your website needs rebuilding or your SEO needs attention, the audit fee becomes part of that investment rather than a separate cost. There is no obligation to commission anything — the report stands on its own as a clear, actionable document you can use independently.
